Tacoma, WA - June 16, 2008 -- Awesome Exteriors has partnered with Pierce County 4-H in its current drive for donations benefiting the Crystal Judson Family Justice Center.

From now until July 17, 2008 Awesome Exteriors is donating $10 cash for every 4-H club in Pierce County that collects over 75 items for donation to the center.

Bonney Lake Dreamers, the 4-H club the Brown’s personally belong to, collected over 100 items and made the initial challenge to other clubs to meet or exceed their donations. Awesome Exteriors joined the challenge by adding the $10 per club donation.

It is the hope of Awesome Exteriors that making this challenge to 4-H clubs that awareness can be created among the youth and their families about the center and the center can benefit by the influx of donations during these economically-challenged times.

The center provides emergency and other services to families of domestic violence including emergency housing. As Awesome Exteriors works with homeowners on a daily basis, it is important to remember there are many women and children without safe homes or without homes at all.

The center was created in honor and remembrance of Crystal Judson who was a victim of domestic violence and tragically murdered in front of her children. The center provides a wide-range of services under one roof for families who are victims of violence.
